Normal Advertisement Terms & Conditions

Advertisement Conditions:

Make sure that you are not misrepresenting the registration number, as it is illegal to do this.

The details given about yourself must be correct, such as your contact details, your name and address (This will not appear on the advertisement). We take your personal details such as name, address, contact for our own record. we do not show these details to other users.

You should leave at least one phone number, or email address in your advert so buyers can contact you directly.

Please note that AsianPrivateRes do not take any commission on sales. As we only charge you for advertisement of your ads so we are not responsible whether your Reg has been sold or not. And we are also not responsible for any wrong information given by Seller or Buyer.

As we do not act as a middle party, it means you will be contacted directly by the buyers as we are only providing a platform where you can advertise the Reg and we will not charge you any extra other than the advert fee. We do not take any commission on your sales.

You have to pay the advert fee before we can proceed. Payments are taken by Pay Pal, which are fully secured by Pay Pal for your safety. And we do not have any access to your card details.

Our server provider work hard to keep our website running smoothly. However, there can be a minimum disturbance in running of our website and we can not guarantee that our website will be available online continuously. That's why we provide our website on "As it is" and "as available" basis.

We can not give any guarantee that our website will be free from computer viruses and malicious, impairing computer programmes. that's why its your responsibility to use appropriate anti virus soft wares.

Please note that all users can only use the details provided by the advertiser, just for their personal use to contact advertiser regarding the genuine enquiry about the registration.

We only provide a platform for advertisement therefore we do not provide any guarantee for the deal between the buyer & the seller. Both parties must make sure about each other.

If you write more than 1 registration in 1 of your Ad then we have the right to cancel the others and just keep 1 main plate in your Ad. If you have more than 1 registrations then please select multiple package.

Auction Terms & Conditions
 

For Bidder:

Please note that in our auction system, the seller has a right accept any offer at any time. This means that you can not win any bid on time basis. This will be done by the seller.

Please make sure that you agree with our terms & condition before making any offer. If your offer, accepted by the seller you will have to pay £20.00 fee to asianprivateregs.co.uk. This fee will be refunded only if the seller disagree to sell his registration to you after accepting your offer. We will only process your offer after we receive your fee. If for any reason, you disagree to buy that registration after your offer has been accepted then your fee will not be refunded by us.

If seller does not accept your offer and another offer higher than yours has been made then you will be notified by e-mail. You can again make any offer higher than the pervious one.

For Seller:

Please make sure that you agree with our terms & conditions before accepting any offer. You can accept any offer on your registration. Once accepted, we will wait for a fee from the bidder. After receiving that fee we will process this request.

After accepting any offer, if the bidder for any reason disagree to buy you registration, your auction will again be live from the previous point.

After accepting any offer, if you the seller disagree to sell your registration to the accepted bidder for any reason or any of your mistake ( misinterpretation of registration, false information etc) your auction will be closed permanently & no refund will be made in this case. If in future you want to advertise or start auction of your registration you will have to pay the advertisement fee / auction fee again.

You do not have to give any fee or commission on this auction. We will only charge you the 1 off advertisement charge at the beginning of your auction, which will be the advertisement fee. After that there will be no other fee.

At any time, you can finish your auction. In that case your registration will be moved to advertisement section. Please note there will be no refund.
